What is SHE Box?
SHE Box (Sexual Harassment Electronic Box) is an online complaint platform launched by the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India.
It allows women to report workplace sexual harassment securely, confidentially, and conveniently.
The portal acts as a centralised system that routes complaints directly to the organisation’s Internal Committee (IC) or to the appropriate District Officer for further action—ensuring transparency and accountability in handling POSH-related cases.
