One of the important employee well being objectives at Numerator is to make it a safe workplace for women by preventing, prohibiting and redressing acts of sexual harassment against them in the workplace. In lieu of this objective we recently conducted training for our people managers on the POSH act in order to foster the ideology of respectful and safe work environment for women.
We would like to appreciate the trainer Ms. Shivani who explained the intricacies of this act with relevant examples and facilitated it an interactive & engaging manner. It helped in sensitising employees about the boundaries of acceptable and unacceptable behaviour.
We feel Ms Shivani did a good job in making employees aware about what sexual harassment is and ways to deal it with proper measures. With such trainings we want to reinforce our zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment at work and improve quality of workplace culture.
